Tracy Hubbard, Founder & Executive Director

Tracy Hubbard is the founder and executive director of In Due Season. She knows what it is like to pray for healing, go through infertility treatments, experience difficult pregnancies, long for a child and lose a child that was so desperately wanted, and seek hope when nothing seems possible.

In spite of these challenges, Tracy pressed through the hurt and pain looking to God to direct her path. Through prayer, Bible study, and the support of a good friend, she was able to find peace and joy. Her journey was not in vain for all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

It was in this journey that Tracy found her purpose – to share her experiences, help educate others, teach people how to remain positive in the midst of difficulty, share God’s Word, and pray for hurting souls.

Prior to becoming the executive director of In Due Season, Tracy served over 15 years as a communications professional with experience in a variety of industries to include non-profit, government, technology, and healthcare.  She has collaborated with company executives, government officials, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders to produce and execute strategic communication plans for targeted purposes. She has implemented local, regional and national marketing and public relations campaigns.  Internal communication programs implemented under her leadership have resulted in employee cohesion, trust and increased morale.  She has used communications strategies to build company image and to successfully reach over 70,000 mental health providers, 230,000 citizens, and other target groups accomplishing shared goals and objectives.

God is using Tracy in a mighty way to show His healing power and undying love for His children. With God as the head of her life, a strong board of directors, and the passion and desire to help others, there is no doubt that this organization will achieve its goals.

Tracy’s educational and training background includes a M.A. in Public Relations from Norfolk State University and a B.S. in Communications from James Madison University, as well as a Post Master's certification in Urban Services from Old Dominion University.

She is a native of Virginia and loves spending time with her husband and the two beautiful children God blessed them with during their10th and 15th year of marriage.
